What Should You Look Out For?

Start every purchase via the Avios eStore – no exceptions! If you start with a pre-existing quote which has been generated on another site you will not receive your rewards.

Keep your receipt/confirmation email just in case you need to chase missing points.

Track how long Avios take to appear – usually 30–90 days post-purchase. Although for some it could be up to 6 months after.

Don’t use voucher codes from other sites – this can disqualify your Avios. Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate. This includes staff discount, student discounts, vouchers, and extensions such as Honey which automatically populate vouchers in your basket at checkout.
