Virgin Atlantic – The Bargain Bin (Feb – Apr 2026)

We’re back in the Bargain Bin once again, rummaging through Virgin Atlantic’s dynamic pricing in search for the really good, cheap fares that we know you love, and honestly, February through April 2026 is quietly stacked.

This time, we've also included some frankly laughable redemptions too with prices in the hundreds of thousands!

If you’ve been sitting on a pile of Virgin Points wondering when to strike, this could be your sign. From 6,000-point economy legs to Premium returns that cost less than some economy redemptions.

Virgin Atlantic – The Bargain Bin (Feb – Apr 2026)

As always, these were found using vseats.io which, in my humble opinion, is still the easiest way to spot when Virgin’s pricing logic has clearly found it's sense again.

I won't lie, the vast majority of "bargains" are for heading west to the US. This makes sense given the drop in tourism and want for people to travel there. We get it, it's not exactly Nirvana over there right now.

But let’s get into the standouts nevertheless!

February 2026 Highlights

Economy

(from just 6,000 points each way)

  • London (LHR) → Boston (BOS) | 10–23 Feb | 12,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → New York (JFK) | 10–23 Feb | 12,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → Dubai (DXB) | 17–26 Feb | 22,000 points return

Two weeks in New York (although god knows why you would need anything beyond 6 nights for this) or Boston for 12,000 points return is pretty lovely. If you want to go

Premium

  • London (LHR) → New York (JFK) | 10–24 Feb | 31,500 points return

  • London (LHR) → Riyadh (RUH) | 10–24 Feb | 31,500 points return

  • London (LHR) → Toronto (YYZ) | 11–23 Feb | 31,500 points return

Premium to Canada for 30k points return is exactly the sort of redemption we like to see. A bit chilly for Sam it must be said.

Virgin Atlantic – The Bargain Bin (Feb – Apr 2026)

Upper Class

  • London (LHR) → Riyadh (RUH) | 10–24 Feb | 68,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → Washington D.C. (IAD) | 11–25 Feb | 93,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → Atlanta (ATL) | 10–24 Feb | 104,500 points return

I think my February standout is the Heathrow to New York JFK in Premium for 31,500 points return. That is a really sensibly priced redemption if you were wanting to experience a chilly but beautiful New York City.

March 2026 Highlights

Economy

  • London (LHR) → Lagos (LOS) | 1–9 Mar | 15,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → Johannesburg (JNB) | 1–10 Mar | 29,500 points return

  • London (LHR) → Maldives (MLE) | 17–30 Mar | 21,000 points return

Yes, that is the Maldives. No, that is not a typo. Yes, we have seen Maldives economy flights come in at 12,000 before, but 21,000 points is still a really respectable price. As is Johannesburg for 29,500.

Premium

  • London (LHR) → Riyadh (RUH) | 1–8 Mar | 21,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → New York (JFK) | 6–17 Mar | 21,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → Dubai (DXB) | 13–26 Mar | 75,000 points return

Yes, that is correct. A Premium New York redemption at the same price as the Maldives Economy one!

Virgin Atlantic – The Bargain Bin (Feb – Apr 2026)

Upper Class

  • London (LHR) → Riyadh (RUH) | 3–10 Mar | 46,000 points return

  • Manchester (MAN) → Atlanta (ATL) | 5–14 Mar | 85,000 points return

  • London (LHR) → Delhi (DEL) | 20–31 Mar | 154,000 points return

My March standout has to be the Maldives Economy. I know it's not as low as we have sometimes seen it but honestly that is still really REALLY good.

April 2026 Highlights

Economy

  • London (LHR) → Boston (BOS) | 13–20 Apr | 12,000 points return

  • Manchester (MAN) → Orlando (MCO) | 7–19 Apr | 42,500 points return

  • London (LHR) → Montego Bay (MBJ) | 13–21 Apr | 16,000 points return

Return flights to Jamaica for 16,000 Virgin Points? Count me in!

Premium

  • London (LHR) → Mumbai (BOM) | 13–24 Apr | 38,500 points return

  • London (LHR) → Montego Bay (MBJ) | 9–21 Apr | 55,000 points return

Both of these premium fares are at really good price points, which I would argue are sensible for the destinations... both of which are totally on the ever-expanding list of places I want to go!

Upper Class

  • London (LHR) → New York (JFK) | 18–27 Apr | 77,500 points return

  • London (LHR) → Boston (BOS) | 14–27 Apr | 79,000 points return

  • Manchester (MAN) → Atlanta (ATL) | 11–25 Apr | 93,000 points return

April standout: Both the Economy and Premium fares to to Jamaica. Count me in!

Virgin Atlantic – The Bargain Bin (Feb – Apr 2026)

And Now… For a Laugh

We try to show you the best deals out there every time we do this article. However, today I wanted to highly the sheer stupidity that is Virgin's "Dynamic Pricing". It's important to note that the reason these redemptions are so high are because it's peak travel season and Virgin know they can fill the planes with cash fares which is what they want. So they discourage points collectors from using their hard earned points.

I also would love to discourage you from EVER paying this amount of points on any Upper flight with Virgin Atlantic. I love this airline, the crew, the product etc. But no way in hell is it worth the below points!

One That Is Definitely Not a Bargain

Because dynamic pricing giveth… and occasionally absolutely loses the plot.

  • LHR → Miami | Feb 2026 | Upper Class | 700,000 points return

  • LHR → Maldives | Mar 2026 | Upper Class | 700,000 points return

  • LHR → St Vincent & the Grenadines | Apr 2026 | Upper Class | 700,000 points return

Seven. Hundred. Thousand. Points! And the worst part? This isn't even just one fare in the search. There are PAGES of them, for multiple destinations!

Final Thoughts for this Virgin Atlantic Bargain Bin

This run of availability is a perfect example of why Virgin’s dynamic pricing is both chaotic and brilliant. If you’re flexible, patient, and armed with the right tools, there’s still outsized value to be had, sometimes in plain sight.

Quick reminder as always:

  • Taxes and fees still apply

  • Prices can (and will) change

  • vseats.io remains your best friend

Happy deal hunting, and happy flying.
