If you’re searching for an all-inclusive hotel on Corfu that combines luxury, exceptional service, and authentic Greek hospitality, Kerkyra Blue Hotel & Spa should be top of your list.
Following a full renovation during winter 2022/23, this stunning resort reopened its doors in May 2023 and has become a standout destination for both couples and families.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway, a romantic celebration, or a fun-filled family holiday, here’s our Kerkyra Blue Hotel & Spa Corfu review and why it is worth every minute of your time.
Prime Location – Perfect for Exploring Corfu
Kerkyra Blue Hotel & Spa sits directly on the beach, offering breath-taking sea views and instant access to the water. Its location is unbeatable, just 5km from Corfu International Airport, making transfers quick and hassle-free. If you fancy a day out in town, Corfu Town is only 3km away, with a public bus stop just 200 meters from the hotel, running every 30 minutes from morning till late evening.

The bus into Corfu Town didn't really work for us as three went past full within 10 minutes, so we actually grabbed a taxi on the side of the road. This cost 15 Euros, whereas the bus is 2.5 euros.
The name Kerkyra comes from the naiad nymph of springs and rivers that the island is named after. She was a seductive deity, daughter of the river god Asopus and nymph Metope. A being of beauty and graceful dance, who captivated the attentions of Poseidon, the god of the sea. He was so charmed by Kerkyra’s tempting allure, he fell deeply in love. And so, like all good Greek myths, he abducted his beloved nymph and whisked her away to an unnamed island in the Ionian Sea with clear emerald waters and outstanding natural beauty. And it is in honour of her divinity, that he named the whole island after her.
What Did We Pay?
As always we believe in full transparency on the website and always disclose what we pay for a flight or hotel. This time around we booked this hotel in the Black Friday sale, which gave us 30% off, and we paid €319 per night. We booked directly on the hotel's website as this was the only place offering the code. We do tend to shop around for hotels trying out various different websites such as Voyage Prive, Luxury Escapes, Mr and Mrs Smith, and Avios Hotels. But on this occasion the best price offer was direct with the hotel.
We paid for it using the Hilton Honors Plus debit card (as per usual, we know we're creatures of habit) and netted ourselves 4,092 Hilton Honors points, with an earning rate of 3 points for £1 spent in foreign currency.
Apply for the Hilton Honors Plus debit card before 14th August to get an uplifted bonus of 30,000 Hilton Honors points instead of the usual 10,000. Click here to find out more.
First Impressions – A Warm and Thoughtful Welcome
Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff greeted us with refreshing lemon and soda drinks and cold towels, instantly wiping away the sweat as it was so hot when we got there.

Their friendliness was genuine, setting the tone for the days ahead. We were assisted with our luggage from the taxi and the staff on the desk were fantastic at explaining how everything worked with regards to the All Inclusive package, the only package this hotel offers. We are still getting used to the all inclusive life, I for example find it so weird to go and order a cocktail or a glass of champagne and then not have to pay! Same with Sam and walking out of a restaurant without paying, it just feels so wrong!

Back to the lovely reception, they were telling all guests to wear high SPF as the sun is particularly strong at the moment, and to avoid sunbathing in the hotter hours in the middle of the day.
The Rooms – Spacious, Elegant, and Packed with Extras
We were booked into the "Deluxe Double Sea View with partition and seating area", and the room was glorious, modern, airy, and tastefully decorated. There’s a real sense of space, with a private balcony/terrace, a satellite TV, and a comfortable seating area (though we didn’t use the TV; the resort itself keeps you entertained enough).

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning runs 24 hours if you leave your second key card in the slot, which is a godsend in Corfu’s summer heat.
Standard amenities include:
Mini-bar restocked daily (2 beers, 4 soft drinks, 2 juices, and 2 bottles of water)
A bottle of red wine on arrival in your room
A fruit plate on arrival in your room as well as kumquat sweets and sesame bars
Nespresso machine and tea/coffee making facilities with daily refills
Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, and quality toiletries
An in room safe
Hairdryer and excellent wardrobe space
Drying rack on the balcony (perfect for swimwear)
We were very impressed with everything that was included in the room, both food and drink wise and amenity wise. The furniture was also in exceptional condition and aside from one scrape on the wall in the bathroom there wasn't a mark anywhere to be seen.
One thing to note in the shower room: the shower pressure tends to dip between 6:30 and 8:00 p.m. when everyone is taking showers before dinner! Otherwise, the water pressure is fantastic!

Housekeeping was exceptional, leaving the room spotless every day. They were also the loveliest and friendliest team, always saying hello.

As it was Sam's birthday, I had messaged the hotel ahead of time to ask to book the spa however they went above and beyond that and as a lovely touch surprised Sam with a complimentary birthday cake (honestly this thing was amazing) and champagne in our room.

They also sourced some balloons and a Happy Birthday banner which they decorated the room with on arrival. It was such a treat to see Sam's reactions as he walked in.
Dining – Premium All-Inclusive and Truly Exceptional
Dining at Kerkyra Blue Hotel & Spa is a real highlight. The premium all-inclusive package gives you access to four restaurants and three bars, making every meal an experience. As with many all-inclusive hotels, along side their main buffet style restaurants they have one or two other restaurants that you can eat in once during your stay. This was the case here at Kerkyra with two other restaurants on offer as you will see below.
The Buffet Restaurant
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the buffet offers an incredible variety of high-quality food. Themed nights run throughout a week, with standout evenings like Mexican Night (Friday), Greek Night (Saturday), and a full spread on Sunday. The chefs cater impressively to different tastes, and food quality remained consistently high.

Almost every food item had the dietaries listed on a label next to it and the amount of dairy free food was stellar. When I say this hotel knows how to make exceptional salads, I ain't lying honey! Lunches and dinners were stacked with incredible dishes, both hot and cold, plus the dessert station was something I just drooled over from afar. Until the last night when I realised that Baklava is dairy free (I am sorry, what!) and our final breakfast I ate four bits of it! Zero regrets, a lot of joy!

Breakfast was impressive. Salads, meats, cheeses, pastries and cakes (even vegan ones), hot food galore and even a Greek coffee station. My favourite thing at breakfast was their fried eggs which if I am being honest were some of the best hotel fried eggs I've ever had. Yolks oozy and golden, perfect with some warm freshly baked bread.
Fiki - The Asian Restaurant
This was a much more intimate, set-menu dining experience, which we really enjoyed this experience. We were seated in the outdoor seating area which added to the atmosphere. The menu started off with edamame, prawn crackers and spring rolls which were all delicious.

This was followed by a Tom Yum Coconut Soup which was honestly fantastic and I think for me the highlight of the meal. We were then treated to Maki and a green salad with Kimchi, both fresh and lovely.
The main dishes came out individually but it was sharing style with: Korean Sesame Chicken, Fried Rice, Fish Fillet Teppan and Bulgogi Beef. All of them were lovely.
All of the above were diary free (come on!) and there was even a diary free option in the desserts of banana fritters and syrup.
Alati - The Greek Restaurant
Authentic and full of flavour, this restaurant offers a true taste of local cuisine in a charming setting.

Greek food is of course famously stuffed to the brim (quite literally) with dairy! So I was a little nervous about this one! We had confirmed when booking that I was lactose intolerant and the staff really were fantastic about it.
Once again this restaurant is a set menu, so the staff were brilliant at swapping ingredients or swapping dishes so that I could have the full experience.
First up were Kalamata Olives with oregano, traditional breads and various dips. Alas Tzatziki and Taramasalta were off the menu for me (which was gutting as I love them!), however they gave me hummus and this smoked aubergine dip which was gorgeous!

We then had traditional Greek salads (mine a little less traditional as the feta was removed) and golden fried calamari.
Sam had Graviera wrapped with Kadaifi and Zucchini balls, where as I had stuffed vine leaves and a stuffed tomato. These had been on offer in the main buffet so the staff had gone next door to get these for me. It would have been nice to have had something tailored for me rather than just going next door to pick up things that were vegan, but this was the easiest option for the staff and chefs so I get it.

The main, was fantastic. A pork shank, with a wine essence (served on the side as I couldn't have it) on a briam spread. The meat just fell of the bone and was utterly delicious.
For dessert Sam got a yoghurt mouse with cherry filling and a portokalopita masticha cream. I joked with Sam that I would be getting a bowl of fruit salad and tried to get him to bet £50 on it... he didn't take the bait which was a shame as I was indeed correct. Another case of popping next door to the main restaurant to pick up something vegan.
I found this swap more annoying than the others because the restaurant next door had vegan desserts available and could have made a bit more effort to get me some baklava. So, after we finished, we exited through the door leading to the main restaurants, and I helped myself to two pieces of baklava for my dessert!

If you’re heading out for the day, the hotel also offers packed lunch boxes for excursions (just place your order by 6pm the day before).
Bars – Great Atmosphere and Generous Pours
You’re never far from a drink here!
With two pool bars and a main bar, plus all house wines, sparkling wines, cocktails with house spirits, and soft drinks included, there’s something for everyone. For those looking for something extra special, premium spirits are available at an additional cost.

What stood out was the staff’s generosity with the pours, and their mocktails were genuinely some of the best we’ve had at any all-inclusive resort. Flavourful, original and beautifully presented. My favourite was the Summer Holiday, which was a shot each of alcohol-free gin, watermelon syrup, and lime juice topped up with ginger beer. And yes, I've already ordered watermelon syrup online because this drink is my new obsession!

Pools – Plenty of Choice but Bring Your Sunbed Strategy
The hotel boasts two large outdoor pools plus a dedicated kids' pool, each "open" 10:00 to 18:00. What they mean here is each pool has a lifeguard between these hours but we swam before and after open hours no problem.
The pool areas are clean and inviting with plenty of loungers... or at least they would be if guests followed the rules!

Despite clear signage asking guests not to reserve sunbeds, the age-old European tradition of towel-reserving was in full swing. On our final day I nipped downstairs at 6:20 to watch the sunrise (what can I say, I am a romantic), and to get some final photos of the grounds in that golden light of dawn. The first person appeared to reserve beds at 6.45. I even had an interaction with another guest as I was taking a photo of the "Don't reserve sunbeds sign" as she asked if I was photographing a lizard. I said "no, just the sign to say don't reserve sunbeds" to which she looked relatively embarrassed. By 9:30 am, most beds were claimed however beds did become free at points during the day.
It’s one of the few small irritations during our stay, and it's always been something that irritates me but there you go!

Let's take a moment to talk about the sunbeds themselves! Oh my goodness, I have never been anywhere with more luxurious sunbeds. The wooden frames were incredibly stylish and easy to alter the height of the back rest. But the real star of the shows were the sunbed cushions. 15cm thick, plush and comfortable. I could have slept on one of these for a whole night. 10/10 for these sun beds!

Pool towels are provided in your room and you can easily exchange them as often as you like in the towel area on the ground floor by the lifts. There is also a desk open during the day to hire a car if you wished.
The Spa and Gym – Relaxation and Rejuvenation
The on-site spa is a true sanctuary. I had arranged a birthday massage for Sam, and the spa staff were absolutely amazing. A special thank you to the lovely spa team for helping to make the surprise extra special. I treated myself to a Cryo Facial which was lovely and was even treated to a neck and shoulder massage as an add on for free!
The gym is well-equipped for those looking to stay active, and the overall wellness offerings are a definite bonus for this property.
There are a host of activities you can join in with to suit your tastes. From stretching sessions, to water polo, aqua gym to yoga, there is something for any fitness level. We were there for International Yoga Day and partook in the breathwork class which was honestly lovely. Sat under a gazebo listening to the waves and the birds, all tension and stress just melted away.

If badminton, volleyball, tennis, football, darts or table tennis is more your jam then you can try your hand at any of these with courts and all equipment provided for free.
There is also the option to hire paddleboards, boats or get a boat ride from the hotel itself. Some of these do come at an extra cost.
Each evening there is some form of entertainment. We experienced a DJ set, traditional Geek dancing, a fantastic duo singing, and on another night a trio singing a lot of ABBA which of course everyone went wild for. We missed the acrobatics on Monday night as we opted for an early night however we heard it wasn't quite as good as the Greek dancing which honestly was brilliant.

The People – Staff That Truly Care
This wouldn’t be a complete review without giving a huge shoutout to Kiki, the Guest Experience Manager. I reached out to arrange a small surprise, and what I got was so much more. From helping to coordinate a birthday cake, Champagne, balloons, and a "Happy Birthday" banner in the room, to personally introducing herself to me during our stay. Kiki’s dedication was beyond exceptional and I cannot thank her enough for everything.
Every single member of staff we met went out of their way to make us feel special. Whether it was housekeeping, bar staff, restaurant servers, or the guest experience team, everyone radiated genuine warmth and hospitality. Nothing was ever too much, and it was a joy to stay at a hotel where the staff interacted with everyone with joy and fun. It's rare to find a hotel where every member of staff interacts with the guests in the way they did at Kerkyra. I can honestly only name two other hotels we have stayed at where the staff were 5*, but we can definitely add Kerkyra into this elite club.
Final Verdict – Kerkyra Blue Hotel & Spa, Corfu Review - Why You Should Stay
