Limited time offer: Emirates Skywards double miles offer
Emirates Skywards, the loyalty programme shared by Emirates and flydubai, has launched a double Miles offer for autumn 2026. Register, book and fly within the window, and you'll earn 100% bonus Miles on top of whatever you'd normally collect. It's a solid offer, and it's simple enough that there's no reason not to take advantage if you've got a trip on the horizon.

Here's everything you need to know before you book.
When does the offer run?
Registration and booking needs to happen between 15 and 30 September 2026.
Travel then needs to be completed by 30 November 2026.
That gives you a fairly short window to actually use the ticket to particpate in the offer, so this isn't for people who don't know exactly where they're going in the next fortnight.
How do you take part?
The process is as below, and do pay attention to the order. I have numbered it for a reason!
Register for the offer through Emirates or flydubai's digital channels between 15 and 30 September 2026. Follow this link to the Emirates page to get to the correct place.
Book an eligible Emirates or flydubai flight within that same window.
Fly by 30 November 2026.
Watch the bonus Miles land in your account.
If you're not a Skywards member yet, don't worry, you're not locked out. You can join during the promotional period, register for the offer, and start earning from your very first booking.
Which fares qualify?
Below are the fares which are included in the offer:
Airline | Eligible fares | Eligible cabins |
Emirates | Special, Saver, Flex, Flex Plus | Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First |
flydubai | Lite, Value, Flex | Economy, Business |
The good news is that this covers most of what people actually book. If you are flying economy and there is the option to fly on an A380, it's a much nicer product as you will read here in our review. The Boeing 777's are a lot more dated with wayyyyy less leg room as you will see in our review here.
Tickets can be bought through eligible online and offline channels, including travel agents, so you're not restricted to booking direct.
What can you actually do with the Miles once you earn them?
Once you've built up a balance, Skywards Miles can go towards flight rewards and upgrades with Emirates and flydubai, plus a wide range of rewards across the programme's global partners.
Also, did you know that Skywards Miles aren't tied exclusively to Emirates and flydubai flights. As a member, you can redeem Miles on airlines outside the alliance too, including budget carriers like easyJet and Jet2. We covered the Jet2 partnership here. That's really handy if your next trip is a quick European hop rather than a long-haul Emirates flight, since it means the balance you're building now doesn't just sit there waiting for a big-ticket redemption.
It is important to note that both easyJet and Jet2 only allow you to spend your Skywards Miles with them, you cannot earn them with them.

What about transferring Amex points?
Another "worth flagging" moment. For anyone sitting on a stash of American Express points rather than a paid fare: UK Amex Membership Rewards currently transfers to Emirates Skywards at 2:1, meaning two Membership Rewards points get you one Skywards mile.
That's a step down from the 4:3 rate that applied until 1 February 2026, part of a broader trend of Emirates trimming what credit card transfers are worth to Skywards. It doesn't mean transferring is off the table, especially if you've already got a specific redemption in mind. Earning double points during this window may take the sting away from this devaluation the next time you transfer over.
Is there a catch?
Not really, but a few things are worth flagging. Terms and conditions apply as they always do, so it's sensible to check the specifics of your fare and route before you book.
The most important things to remember are the dates. Register between today and the 30th September. Fly before 30th November.
Oh, and please do remember to register before you book,or you'll miss out on the bonus Miles altogether.
