Start on the Virgin Red website. Log in and navigate to Virgin Experience Days through the Virgin Red portal. Click through from there—this is what activates the points tracking.
Stay in the same session. Once you’re on the Virgin Experience Days site, don’t close the tab or switch devices. Complete your booking within that same browser session.
Avoid the app. Points are not earned if you book via the Virgin Experience Days app. Always use the web browser version.
Wait for your points to land. Your Virgin Points will usually appear as pending within five working days, and will be confirmed within 45 days. (Longer for travel-based experiences.)
